Welcome to OrderUp
OrderUp is an end-to-end restaurant operating platform built for independent operators and multi-location groups. One account ties together your point of sale, online ordering, menu management, kitchen display, payroll, and reporting so the same data flows through every shift, every check, and every location.
If you run a single café or a fifty-location concept, OrderUp gives you the tools to take orders, accept payments, manage your team, and understand your numbers — without stitching together five different vendors.
What's in the platform
OrderUp is delivered as a small family of focused apps. You won't use all of them on day one, but they're all designed to work together.
- POS — Tablet-based point of sale for your front-of-house team. Take orders, fire to the kitchen, accept payments, and run shift reports.
- Management (
app.letsorderup.com) — The back office. Build menus, manage staff and pay rates, configure locations, and review reports. - Online Ordering — Branded ordering site for takeout and delivery, hosted on your own domain or a free OrderUp subdomain.
- Menu Display — Big-screen digital menu boards that pull from the same menu as your POS.
- Kitchen Display (KDS) — Replaces paper tickets at expo and on the line. New tickets appear the moment a server fires the order.
- Books — Bookkeeping and payroll, designed specifically for restaurant operators.
Everything shares one menu, one set of tax rates, one staff roster, and one payment processor — so changes you make in Management are live on the POS within seconds.
Who OrderUp is for
OrderUp is built for full-service, quick-service, and counter-service restaurants that want a single platform for the whole operation. Multi-location groups get extra leverage from shared menus, consolidated reporting, and per-location overrides for pricing and hours.
